Hotel offers a whale-watching tower, yoga sessions, direct ocean access, and an Atlantic Swimming Pool. It also has a fitness area and a Chinese restaurant with dishes served on ceramic replicas of whaling boats.
Who needs air conditioning when you can enjoy the lovely humidity of the rooms? *cough, cough*

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, situated on a sharply sloping hillside that led down to the sea. We were surrounded by stunning nature and had so many places to walk and explore in the big park nearby. The views from the more expensive rooms were to die for, offering uninterrupted sea views that left us speechless. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service, room amenities, and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
In short, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable experience. The beautiful location, enhanced by the gorgeous views and the abundance of nature, made our stay unforgettable.

Rustic Charm and Stunning Views
We had an amazing time at this coastal hotel with charming bungalows. The location was perfect, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Azores. The rustic charm of the bungalows was impeccable and offered a unique experience in the middle of nature. What we loved the most was the stunning view of the ocean from our veranda, and the sea access that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful landscape at different times of the day. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home.
Despite the amazing experience, there were some aspects that could be improved. The room facilities were a bit outdated, and some things needed maintenance, such as the broken light switch and shower cord.

The hotel is nestled in a serene and picturesque location, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The swimming pool was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. I loved the fact that this hotel was eco-friendly and had many eco-friendly facilities available for guests to use. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of local and international cuisine.
I found the restaurant service to be quite slow and disorganized. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time to get our food. Additionally, I found the rooms to be quite damp and humid. Some of the facilities could use some updating and maintenance to make the experience more comfortable.

This hotel is situated in an ideal location to experience the beautiful Pico Island. the hotel has easy access to the sea for a refreshing swim and offers stunning views of the cliff wall. the rooms are very cozy and comfortable with heating available, which is perfect for a chilly night. the staff offers excellent service and the breakfast is decent with typical Portuguese options. the hotel also has a clean and lovely pool for a relaxing day.
The hotel may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility due to the steep slope and big steps in the location.
